🤖 الذكاء الاصطناعي ومعالجة البيانات

يستخدم التطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين الخدمة. يشمل ذلك:

• Google Gemini: لتحليل الأسئلة وتصنيفها واقتراح إجابات وتنظيم الفتاوى وترجمتها
• DeepSeek: كخدمة بديلة لمعالجة اللغة الطبيعية
• AssemblyAI: لتحويل التسجيلات الصوتية إلى نص مكتوب

نستخدم الخدمات التالية من أطراف خارجية:

💾 تخزين البيانات وحمايتها

• تُخزن بياناتكم على خوادم Google Firebase المؤمنة
• تُشفر كلمات المرور وتُدار عبر Firebase Authentication

🔒 خصوصية الأسئلة

يوفر التطبيق خيار إرسال الأسئلة بشكل مجهول الهوية. عند اختيار هذا الخيار:

• لن يظهر اسمكم للعلماء أو المستخدمين الآخرين
• يُحتفظ بمعرف المستخدم داخليًا لأغراض الإدارة وتوصيل الإجابة فقط

• الوصول: يحق لكم طلب نسخة من بياناتكم الشخصية
• التصحيح: يحق لكم تصحيح بياناتكم غير الدقيقة
• الحذف: يحق لكم طلب حذف حسابكم وبياناتكم
• التقييد: يحق لكم تقييد معالجة بياناتكم في حالات معينة
• الاعتراض: يحق لكم الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتكم لأغراض معينة

👶 خصوصية الأطفال

تطبيق مُفتي غير موجه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا. لا نجمع بيانات من أطفال عن قصد. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات من طفل دون ١٣ عامًا، سنحذفها فورًا.
